ผู้จ้างทำการจองกับนักวาด โดยมีค่าจอง 300 บาทต่อคิว จองผ่านแชทที่ Facebook : Msirig san / M.SIRIg หรือ X : @Vmsirig

เมื่อใกล้ถึงคิวนักวาดจะ inbox ไปรับบรีฟ บรีฟภายใน 10 วัน ( เกินเวลาขออนุญาตยกเลิกนะคะ หรือหากมีเหตุสุดวิสัยสามารถพูดคุยกันได้ค่ะ )

หลังได้รับบรีฟแล้ว นักวาดจะคอนเฟิร์มราคาให้

นักวาดจะเริ่มงานโดยส่งแบบร่างให้ตรวจเช็ค หากทางผู้จ้างโอเคกับแบบร่างแล้ว ผู้จ้างต้องจ่ายค่างาน 50% (หักจากค่าจองแล้ว) ของราคางาน และจ่ายที่เหลือหลังงานเสร็จ

นักวาดจะอัพเดตงานประมาณ 2-3 วันต่อ 1 ครั้ง สามารถแก้งานได้ 5 ครั้ง หากมีมากกว่านี้อาจมีบวกเพิ่มค่ะ

เมื่อผู้จ้างได้งานตามความพึงพอใจแล้ว ผู้จ้างต้องจ่ายที่เหลือให้ครบ นักวาดจะส่งงานทั้งหมดให้ทาง G-mail เป็นอันเสร็จสิ้นค่ะ

รบกวนแจ้งไว้ว่าสามารถเผยแพร่ผลงานได้หรือไม่ นักวาดจะสปอยงานบางส่วนและอัพผลงานลงเฟซบุ๊กและทวิตเตอร์ และนำไปเป็นตัวอย่างคอมมิชชั่นค่ะ โดยจะใส่ลายน้ำไว้ทุกครั้ง แต่ถ้าผู้จ้างไม่สะดวกก็ไม่มีปัญหาค่ะ

หากผู้จ้างต้องการยกเลิกงาน โดยทางนักวาดยังไม่ได้เริ่มงานสามารถยกเลิกได้ แต่จะไม่มีการคืนเงินในส่วนของค่าจอง ในกรณีที่ได้เริ่มงานไปแล้วเกิน 50% ( ขั้นตอนไกด์สีและลงแสงเงาแล้ว) ทางนักวาดจะไม่คืนเงินที่ชำระครึ่งแรก

Booking : Clients can book a commission directly via chat on Facebook: Msirig san / M.SIRIg or X: @Vmsirig.

Briefing : When your turn is approaching the artist will inbox you to receive the brief. Please submit your brief within 10 days. If the deadline is exceeded the booking may be canceled though exceptions can be discussed for unforeseen circumstances.

Price Confirmation : After receiving your brief the artist will confirm the final price.

Payment & Revisions : The artist will begin work by sending you a draft for review. Once you approve the draft a 50% payment (minus any booking fee already paid) of the total commission price is required. The remaining balance will be due upon completion of the work.

The artist will provide work updates approximately every 2-3 days. You are allowed 5 revisions additional revisions may incur an extra charge.

Final Delivery : Once the client is satisfied with the work they must pay the remaining balance in full. The artist will then send all the work via G-mail completing the process

I'd like to inform you that I plan to share the artwork. The artist may post WIPs and the final piece on Facebook and Twitter, and use it in their commission portfolio. All shared images will be watermarked. Please let me know if you're not comfortable with this it's completely understandable.

If the client wishes to cancel the work before the artist has started cancellation is permitted. However if more than 50% of the work has been completed (i.e., the color guide and shading stages are finished) the artist will not refund the initial half payment.

Full image files / character without background separate / background scene without character.

Novel Cover / Character Image / Illustration : PNG file 2480 x 3508 px 300 dpi (A4 size)

Backgrounds Only : PNG file 2480 x 3508 px 300 dpi. Custom sizes can be requested with an additional charge based on details.

Chibi : PNG file 2000 x 2000 px 300 dpi

Novel Covers / Illustrations : 7 - 10 days per queue

Chibi : 5 - 7 days from the start of work
